With 48 years in the industry and more than 40 years at Otis Ford, Mark has become a familiar and trusted face to generations of customers throughout the community.
Before joining Otis Ford, Mark gained valuable experience working with Chrysler and Plymouth before finding his long-term home with Ford. His automotive career began from the ground up, starting as a car washer before working his way into sales. That hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of both vehicles and customer service, which continues to benefit his customers today.
