Ford F-150’s Twitter engagement reached an all-time high last month despite Chevrolet’s recent ad campaign questioning the durability of the F-150’s aluminum bed.

Even with Chevy’s ad attack, the F-150 still managed to be the leading pickup truck on Twitter, followed by the Ram 1500, Toyota Tacoma, Toyota Tundra, and the Ram 2500 to round out the top five. Coincidentally, the Silverado pickup line from Chevrolet didn’t make the list.

The F-150’s Twitter popularity was also boosted by Ford’s clever #TruckTuesday hashtag allowing users highlight their own F-150 models. This pickup’s online presence proves that not only is the F-150 King of the Road, but it is also King of Social Media.
